Description:
Aura Air Systems’ volume control dampers are precision-engineered for use in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. Built for durability and efficiency, these dampers feature welded joints protected with aluminium spray coating to prevent rusting. The opposed blade operation, enabled by a robust linkage system, ensures accurate airflow control. A hand-locking quadrant provides clear open/close indications with intermediate positions (1/4, 1/2, 3/4) for enhanced operational flexibility. Optional foam gaskets across the blade edges minimize air leakage, ensuring optimal performance.

Ideal for regulating airflow in HVAC systems for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Suitable for duct insertion without flanges for specific setups.
Specifications:
High-quality galvanized frame and single-skinned 3V groove blades. Frame depth: 150mm; standard flange height: 30mm. Electro-plated square drive shaft (12mm x 12mm). Self-lubricating metal bushings with optional brass bushings. Opposed blade linkage system positioned outside the air stream. Optional motorized actuator for automated operation.
Finish:
Galvanized coating with aluminium spray protection to ensure rust resistance and durability.
